Now known as one of the United States largest watch retailers, Picciones' Jewelers has had a long and historic tradition of bringing fine jewelry and timepieces to its customers since 1948. Picciones' Jewelers was first started in Ravenna, Ohio by brothers Vince and Joe Piccione. We have since relocated to Lyndhurst, Ohio - an Eastern suburb or Cleveland - at the lifestyle center Legacy Village. Our boutique-style store features a huge selection of some of the world's most exquisite and exclusive watch brands including Franck Muller, Harry Winston, Bell & Ross, Bovet, DeWitt, and Ulysse Nardin.

In addition to being a watch and jewelry retail store, Picciones' also provides watch and jewelry repair services. If you need your watch or jewelry repaired, please give us a call or stop by.
A general guildline for repairs goes as follows:
For jewelry: It takes about seven days to have your jewelry repair job completed. If we are replacing a stone, or otherwise ordering material, it make take up to two weeks. All repairs are done off premise.
For watches: In general, both warranty and non-warranty watch repairs take 4-6 weeks for most companies; 10-14 days more for those repair waiting on estimates. Some companies require more time. If you have purchased a watch by a brand we carry from another authorized dealer, and it's in need of a warranty repair, you must bring your paper work in order for it to proceed. There will be a $70.00 charge for all warranty repairs that are brought to Picciones' but were not purchased at Picciones' (Updated May 12, 2011). If you have a watch from a brand we do not carry currently, i.e, Rolex and Omega that is need of a warranty repair, we cannot service your watch. You will need to take it to an appropriate authorized dealer.
Within your estimate will be a charge of $25.00 for shipping, handling and insurance by Picciones'.
Most watch companies do not provide an itemized customer repair receipt. If you would like to have an itemized breakdown, please ask for one when you are called to approve the estimate.
Picciones' also changes batteries and adjusts links while you wait. It's $10 for a standard battery change and $10 to remove links. If you need to have your watch water pressure tested (recommended for water activities), it costs $85, plus tax, (battery change included) and will take a 10 to 14 days.
Our Story
In 1948, brothers Vince and Joe Piccione started a jewelry store with only $150.00. Vince was a watchmaker and hand engraver by trade and Joe had gone to school to study business. Together they started and managed a very popular and successful store in Ravenna, Ohio. Exceptionally friendly customer service and care has been Picciones' hallmark for over 60 years.
Joe and Vince have both passed on and today the store is owned by David Piccione, the son of Vince. David is a second-generation watchmaker who is truly passionate about watches. By the time David had taken over the day-to-day operations, the store had moved away from carrying Swiss made watches, but David decided to change directions in early 2001.
"My passion for watches never left so I decided to search out what I thought was the best watch company in the industry that has the same passion for watches I have. After many meetings with some of the world's most prestigious watch companies I had the pleasure to meet with Ulysse Nardin. This was my last meeting before making my decision on what company to pursue - truthfully I didn't think I had a chance, but Patrik and Rolf must have seen the fire in my eyes and granted my wish." David remarks.
Ulysse Nardin was the first acquisition for Picciones' back in 2001, and now the store maintains over a dozen of the finest Swiss brands. Picciones' specializes in mostly independent brands that customers won't find anywhere else in the state of Ohio. Our friendly, knowledgable, and experienced staff is well versed in complications such as perpetual calendars, tourbillons, minute repeaters. Whether you are a connoisseur of high-end and rare timepieces or a just looking for your first nice watch, our staff will be able to assist you.
